Thank you for shopping with MeNoPause!™. All products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Printful, to ensure quality and reduce unnecessary waste.

1. Order Processing Time

After placing your order:

  • Fulfillment typically requires 2–7 business days

  • Orders move into production quickly and cannot always be canceled

  • Fulfillment times may vary during holidays and peak seasons

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping time begins after fulfillment is completed.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: Varies by destination

Total delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • The items in your order

  • Your delivery address

  • Real-time Printful carrier rates

You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Information

You will receive an email once your order ships, including tracking details.

5. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays related to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages caused by customer address errors

  • Reshipping fees on returned packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs may apply.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control.

If your package is:

  • Marked delivered but missing

  • Lost in transit

  • Delayed for an extended period

Contact us and we will investigate with Printful and the carrier.

Replacements may be issued at our discretion and in accordance with Printful’s policies.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These are not included in your shipping cost and are determined by your country.
